Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and is specialized in manufacturing air separation plants and liquid plants. Our products touch upon metallurgy, petrifaction, electron, medicine, timbering, magnetism material, textile, heat treatment and food fields. Located in Suzhou city, our company occupies an area of 23,000 square meters (including factory area of 45,000 square meters) and 256 personnel. There are more experiential and professional artificers and senior engineers who are specialized in engaging and coaching new process of air separation plants, researching and developing new structure and designing whole set plants. Also there are bridle-wise equipment designers. We can offer various services such as technology consultation, project comparison, design and manufacture, assembly and commissioning, personnel training, parts supply and long term technology support for customers. The main products of our company: 50 ~ 6,000cbm/h air separation plants; 300 ~ 6,000cbm/h nitrogen plants; 300 ~ 3,500cbm/h liquid plants; pressure vessel class I and II; cryogenic valves; 5 ~ 1,000cbm cryogenic tanks and liquefied natural gas plants. The new technology of air separation process we developed rank first in this field. We have developed air separation plants such as KDON-80/40, KDON-170/100, KDON-350/600, KDON-1000/1100 and KDN-1600/60Y. They were awarded as High and New Technology Corporation of Jiangsu Province by the Science and Technology Hall of Jiangsu Province. Hereinto, KDON-170/100 low and full air separation plant was listed in National Key and New Product in 2004 by the National Science and Technology Department, the Commerce Department of the People''s Republic of China, the General Bureau of National Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the General Bureau of National Environment Protection. Our company owns 5 technology patents which were developed by ourselves and have been used; one of the patents can make the power consumption of liquid products 10% lower comparing with the same products. Our company has the qualification of self-support export and import. Our products export to India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Iran and Syria. The export amount takes a proportion of 30% of our total turnover. The main export plants: 1) Three sets of nitrogen plants model KDN-700/30Y to a glass factory in Bangladesh. 2) Three sets of air separation plant model KDON-1900/3700 to a gas company in India. 3) One set liquid tank to a gas company in Pakistan. 4) Two sets of air separation plants model KDON-800/2600 to a glass factory in Indonesia. 5) One set of nitrogen plant model KDN-650/35Y to a nonferrous metal company in Iran. 6) One set of air separation plant model KZO-80 to a gas factory in Syria.
